Former President Donald Trump stunned former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, hours after FBI agents raided her Florida property.
Palin, who is now running for Congress, introduced Trump at a televised rally Monday night after Mar-a-Lago was searched earlier in the day by agents who were allegedly looking for classified material.
“He needs to witness and take on this injustice that so many of us are so angry around him, especially today,” the former governor said. “And yet, look what he’s doing, guys, he’s spending time with us, with the Alaskans, and we love him for that.”

“Another day in paradise,” the former president said. “This was a strange day – you’ve probably all read it, but a very important one,” he added before continuing his remarks.
Trump’s statement was notably cooler than his condemnation of the search earlier in the day when he released a statement.

“It’s prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the justice system, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for president in 2024,” Trump said. “Especially based on recent polls, and who will also do anything to stop Republicans and conservatives in the upcoming midterm elections.”
Sources tell Fox News that the raid concerns materials the former president allegedly brought to the Florida estate after he left office. The National Archives and Records Administration told the DOJ that classified material was found in more than a dozen boxes at Mar-a-Lago.
Such removal of documents would be prohibited by federal law, and a source told Fox News that FBI agents went through every safe deposit box to find the alleged documents without even passing them through the facilities. locations
