While the series has introduced brilliant characters who are etched as some of the best fictional characters, at times, the supporting characters are also seen dominating the screen presence. SCREEN VIDEO OF THE DAY

Although Myrtle was considered an annoying ghost who just wandered the halls of Hogwarts, some fans have started to realize that she deserved much more credit for her helpful deeds.

For example, Myrtle gives Harry information about the Chamber of Secrets when they come for help. He was also seen helping Harry inside Chalice of Fire when it came to the Triwizard Tournament clues, giving him hints on how to succeed and prepare for the next event. He might have been irritating with the students, but he was always available to offer any help if they needed it.

Aberforth Dumbledore

Albus Dumbledore’s younger brother is known for his temper and outspokenness. The tension between the siblings is visibly strained and the trio experience great discomfort during their reunion.

Despite their differences, Aberforth cares for the children. He offers the way to Hogwarts and even fights with the rest in the Battle of Hogwarts. He also sends the elf Dobby to rescue the trio from Malfoy Manor. Aberforth’s strong demeanor is often misunderstood, while his true intention is to guide and help Harry and the others. He watched over Harry the same way Albus did.

The Weasley twins

The Weasleys are known for their kindness, warmth and how much they help and care about Harry. It’s pretty obvious that without the Weasleys, Harry would be lost, specifically during his first year at Hogwarts.

Harry’s relationship with Ron and later Ginny is undeniable, but many don’t realize the importance and friendship the twins had with Harry. They were the ones who delivered the Map of the Marauders; they even willingly helped Harry in the Battle of the Potter Seven. Unfortunately, it was shocking to see Fred die during the Second Wizarding War, but his presence seems too big for the credits they get.

Dobby

Dobby is an adored character despite having limited screen time and his relationship with the trio is warm and welcoming. His selflessness and his caring nature towards others has received great recognition from the public.

Not only has he helped Harry and the gang countless times, but his biggest saving moment was when he saved the group from Malfoy Manor. As a house elf, the character is not expected to appear in the main cast, but Dobby’s personable screen presence gives the audience depth to his beloved character quality.

Xenophilius Lovegood

Harry’s first encounter with Xenophilius was during Bill and Fleur’s wedding, where fans got to see Mr. Lovegood always supported Harry, vocally expressing this in The Quibbler.

Despite having trouble with the Death Eaters and eventually taking Harry and his friends to the Death Eaters in exchange for Luna, Xenophilius was still a good man and believed in Harry all along. His works are briefly introduced, but his guidance and knowledge of the Deathly Hallows help the trio understand what they were up against and what they were looking for.

Narcissa Malfoy

Draco’s mother is a caring and caring wife and mother, who would do anything to protect her family. Her relationship with Harry might be insignificant, but her betrayal of Voldemort was inadvertently useful to Harry.

Narcissa’s move could have put her in danger, but she inadvertently helped Harry achieve his victory. This act deserves credit for finally paving the way for Harry’s victory.

Neville Longbottom

The obvious leader would be the “Round-faced Gryffindor”. Neville’s first introduction was as a mediocre and disorganized student who was purely talented in herbology. Over the course of the series, he gains confidence in his magical abilities making him a competent magician. Neville showed bravery and courage from the start ‘The Philosopher’s Stone.’

He plays an important role in destroying the Horcrux and helps Harry kill Voldemort. He may be the most developed supporting character and his impact on the story fits perfectly. Neville’s presence in the story contributes to the final Wizarding War

Not much credit for being the right hand needed for Harry to kill Voldemort.
