Rugby League star Kevin Sinfield has launched his toughest challenge yet to raise money for motor neurone disease research.

He has already raised more than £5m, inspired by his friend and former team-mate Rob Burrow who is living with the condition.

For his latest challenge, he will run seven ultramarathons in seven days, starting on November 13.

BBC Breakfast interviewed Sinfield and Burrow, along with former Scottish rugby player Doddie Weir, who has also been diagnosed with the condition.
