How to Evolve Sinistea into Polteageist in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The Ghost-type Sinistea evolves into the strong Polteageist by using a special item that players find in the later stages of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

A Pokemon that returns from the previous generation a Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Sinistea is a unique ghost-type with multiple forms, which evolves into the much more powerful Polteageist when exposed to a certain element depending on which version players have captured.
