President Biden said Saturday that his family is “not having any” conversations about a possible 2024 presidential run while staying in Nantucket, Mass., over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, saying they are celebrating

Biden was asked by reporters how talks about a re-election bid were going as he and first lady Jill Biden crossed a street while vacationing on the island.

“We don’t have one. We’re celebrating,” the president replied.

Biden said during a post-election press conference earlier this month he intends to run for re-election, but added that he will make a final decision early next year.

“I think everybody wants me to run, but we’re going to have discussions about that,” Biden said. “Hopefully Jill and I will have some time to get away for a week between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I guess it will be early next year when we make that judgment.”
